East Bali Tour is a full – day tour to explore the beauty of the East Bali. We will pick you up at 08.30 AM and directly drive you to Goa Lawah to see a holy bat cave temple. Then, we will accompany you to Tenganan Village which you can visit one of indigenous villages in Bali. After that, we will visit Candidasa village, a place which offers you the outstanding view of lotus garden. After lunch, we are going to Tirta Gangga, a formal royal place in Bali and also factory chocolate, to look for how chocolate is made and produced.

Goa lawah

Goa Lawah is one of Bali’s most important temples. It features a complex built around a cave opening that is inhabited by hordes of bats, and its name translates to 'Bat Cave’. This temple was established in the 11th century by Mpu Kuturan, one of early priests who laid the foundations of Hinduism on the island. Goa Lawah is located in the village of Pesinggahan, Dawan district, bordering the Klungkung and Karangasem regencies. This landmark is one of the first stops on tours to Candidasa and further eastern regions within the Karangasem regency.

Tenganan Village

Tenganan Village in East Bali is one of the Bali Aga (original Balinese) communities in Bali and it is famous for its well-preserved village layout and the ongoing survival of its traditional crafts. The village is only an 8-minute drive from the main resort hub of Candidasa, East Bali. It comprises two sub-villages: Dauh Tukad (loosely, “west of the river”) and Pegringsingan. Pegringsingan is best known for its traditional gringsing tie-dyed ‘double ikat’ cloth. The annual Perang Pandan war dance, featuring friendly duels among village males, is definitely worth seeing if your visit coincides with this event.

Candidasa Village

Candidasa is a small coastal village in the island's east that faces the Lombok Strait and features a scenic backdrop of the island's mountainous highland. It used to be the most popular destination among day-trippers in East Bali for its amazing white sandy beaches. Northwest from Candidasa is Amed that is frequently opted for its tropical coastal scenes, and Tulamben for its dive sites. Generally, most of the eastern coast is an underwater playground, but overland, visitors may discover a multitude of colourful culture and traditions as well, with various significant landmarks and century-old temples.

Tirta Gangga

The Tirta Gangga royal water garden is a favourite retreat in the regency of Karangasem, east Bali. It was built in 1946 during the reign of the late raja of Karangasem, Anak Agung Anglurah Ketut Karangasem (1887 - 1966). Tirta Gangga saw a series of restorations following the destructive hot showers of volcanic ash from the 1963 Mount Agung eruption. The lavish water gardens owned by the royal Karangasem family feature 1.2ha of pools, ponds and fountains surrounded by neatly cut lawns adorned with stepping stones, ornate statues and tropical gardens.

Factory chocolate

If you visit Charly Chocolate Factory Karangasem, you will not find any chocolate producing activities. But you will still be spoiled with the unique building here. The building is like a house with shades of brown, made of bamboo, the size is also not too big. This brown house has a unique design in it so it is very suitable if used as a photo spot. Charly was built on the edge of Jasri Beach. As long as you are here, your eyes will be damaged by amazing views of the surrounding environment. You can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of a pleasant beach. The winds that blow shake the leaves of the coconut trees. And the interesting and exciting palling also when you are here is there are at least 3 large swings tied to the trunks of coconut trees, so you can relax to see the atmosphere of the beach while swinging.
